Provider guide

How HoodReady works for providers

HoodReady helps restaurants schedule commercial hood cleaning online while giving qualified providers clear job details, upfront quote forms, and recurring work opportunities.

1

Receive the job

We send you a private quote link with city/ZIP, kitchen type, equipment, hood count and length, fan access, floors to roof/fan, filter status, preferred day/time slots, requested documentation, recurring cadence, and any notes the restaurant provided.

2

Submit an upfront offer

Enter your one-time price, optional recurring rates, earliest availability, and what is included. The restaurant can see your company details, pricing, scope, and availability before booking.

3

Customer confirms

When the customer accepts your offer, they place a 10% booking deposit online. That deposit is collected by Spotvira as the platform fee for the booked job.

4

Complete the work

After service, you upload before/after photos, report or certificate, sticker photo, invoice, completed date, and next due date so the restaurant record stays organized.

The booking fee

If your offer is accepted, Spotvira collects a 10% booking deposit from the customer at confirmation. That deposit is the platform fee for the booked job.

You do not pay to receive the request or submit the offer. The remaining job balance is handled between your company and the customer after service.

Provider questions

Do I pay anything to quote?

No. You can receive requests and submit offers without paying upfront. The platform fee only applies when a customer accepts your offer and books the job.

What is the 10% fee?

When a customer books, Spotvira collects a 10% booking deposit from the customer at confirmation. That deposit is the platform fee. The remaining job balance is handled directly between your company and the customer after service.

What information do I get before quoting?

Before you submit an offer, the quote form shows the pricing details providers need: city/ZIP, kitchen type, equipment, hood count and length, fan access, floors to roof/fan, filter status, last cleaning, preferred day/time slots, requested scope/docs, recurring cadence, and notes. Customer phone and email are released after booking confirmation.

Can I decline a job?

Yes. Use the not-available option on the quote form. Declining jobs you cannot serve keeps your account quality high and avoids wasted customer time.

What documents do I need after the job?

Upload before/after photos, the cleaning report or certificate, hood sticker photo, invoice, completed date, and next due date. These records help the customer stay inspection-ready.

What provider details does the customer see?

During quote comparison, customers can see your company name, public website when available, verified provider signals, price, scope, and availability. Direct phone and email stay hidden until booking confirmation.

After every booked job

Use your completion link to upload service records so the customer dashboard stays inspection-ready.
